Ring 'Siegel der Templer'

The Knights Templar was founded after the First Crusade and was the first order to unite the ideals of noble knighthood with those of the monks. Its main task was the protection of sites in the Holy Land. The Templar cross was only worn by the elite of the Templar knights. The ends of the cross represent the connection of spiritual power with the courage of the knights. Many myths surround the Templars, including the claim that they guarded the Holy Grail.
