We recommend this 95 mm long, vibrating rectal expander more to advanced plug fans, as the special shape requires some practice: You have to squeeze it first with force (either with your hands or with the sphincter) and insert it like that. Then it automatically opens and expands inside up to about 75 x 40 mm! The shaft, on the other hand, only expands the sphincter to 20 mm. The vibration unit can be removed and is powered by button cells.
