LAPD Two Stage Isolator Cylinder, with separate chambers for your penis and the testicles which pull your penis upwards and outwards and your testicles away from the body. This special cylinder is equipped with three chambers and two valves. The most important measurement concerns the penis chamber. For the cylinder to fully exert its effect, you need to be able to fill the penis chamber from side wall to side wall. After you have filled the penis chamber, a second valve allows you to adjust the pressure in the chamber filled with your testicles. By increasing the pressure in the testicle chamber, your testicles are pulled forward, away from the body. How to determine your size: Measure the diameter of the penis shaft after pumping with a standard cylinder. Choose the same diameter or one size smaller for your two-stage isolator cylinder, as you want the shaft to fill the shaft chamber from wall to wall. Handcrafted, diamond-cut, flame-polished cylinder. With separate chamber for the testicles, pulling them away from the body. Includes a quick connect/disconnect safety valve that maintains the vacuum when you turn off the pump. Pump NOT included.
