First, choose which of the three plugs you want to use. Then attach the plug to the strap and apply plenty of water- or oil-based lubricant to ease the insertion of the plug. With anal training, you can never use too much lubricant, so don't worry about needing too much! Once you have inserted the tip, slowly push the rest in at your own pace; be patient, relax, and touch or massage yourself to open up more easily. Once you are inside, you can adjust and move, and then slide the straps over your legs and around your waist. Adjust each strap so it sits comfortably, and enjoy!

After wearing it for as long as you are comfortable, push the plug out with the help of your anal muscles and clean the toy with warm water and mild soap, then spray it with a toy cleaner and wipe it dry.
