For real diaper enthusiasts who wear a diaper under the latex pants and button up the sealable latex diaper over it. The latex buttoner has a button strip on both the left and right side, allowing the diaper to be completely unbuttoned:

Lie down on the diaper's backside, fold it over the crotch to the front and button up the latex diaper on both sides.

There are two snap fasteners on each side of the waistband to adjust the tightness. The crotch of the buttoner measures 30cm, and the diaper is generously high and wide, so it fits any diaper package! Snugly sealing at the waist and leg.
