The tight latex briefs with anatomical latex sheath and latex tube also include an anal plug with a squeeze ball, which is inflatable. The latex sheath is firmly attached to the briefs. The latex sheath and the rubber plug are connected via the tube. The connection between the sheath and the tube can be disconnected. This leaves a pair of latex briefs with a tube that can be worn without the plug. The rubber ring at the back of the diaper securely encloses the plug. The anal plug can be pulled out of the briefs, leaving behind a latex anal ring.

The length of the tube is a total of 50cm, the plug has a length of 14cm and a diameter of 5.5cm (at its thickest point, un-inflated).
