The locking pin goes through the middle recessed hole, connecting the cage section with the ring. The new flat design is extremely comfortable.

Polycarbonate material is used due to its low weight and durability. The cage part has ventilated slots for hygiene and also allows for natural air drying. The bottom opening enables use at urinals. Be sure to wear a numbered plastic lock when going through metal detectors. We strongly recommend using a silicone-based lubricant after showering. This allows the penis to move up and down naturally within the cage part. After a breaking-in period, you should be able to wear it indefinitely around the clock.

Please note: Some men have a high/tight scrotum. In this case, it may take a bit longer to achieve a comfortable, precise fit. For best results, the scrotum should hang slightly below the ring and cage part.
