Capture the head between the front, silicone-padded bars so it's positioned for forced feeding. Leave the comfortably padded leather-like board in for extended role-plays or remove it to punish a naughty beast. The positioning rods allow you to hold up the butt, feet, or chin, but also push down the head, shoulders, and waist. Attach the restraints (not included) to keep them in place.
