White sage

White sage primarily grows in sunny California and is one of the strongest plants for cleansing and blessing spaces, living beings, or objects. Its scent is rather sharp. However, among the Native Americans, it is considered one of the few plants that carry pure positive energy. Therefore, it is used to ward off evil and create a clarified consciousness. It is often associated with the West, the direction of the revered ancestors, the sunset, and the spiritual tranquility of the evening.
