According to legend, the idea of the dreamcatcher was conveyed to the indigenous Native American tribes in visions. Woven like the web of a spider, the dreamcatcher acts as a filter, separating evil thoughts and dreams - such as foreign influence, hatred, or manipulation - from the good ones, and only allowing through what helps us humans to follow the right path unhindered. Hanging above the bed, it acts as a strong protective symbol, mounted on the wall, it attracts the chi, and freely suspended in the room, it guides and distributes the chi.
